Oh, this is so pretty!

And the fact that this is your first time doing digital art.. this is really impressive! Especially the colors! They're so beautiful and vibrant, and it was definitely worth the time that you spent on it! Your light shading is really beautiful, and I have to say that the checkered scarf is seriously awesome! The colors make me happy I also like the flow that the scarf has to it.. it's great! And it suits Tajii's posing rather well too-- it's a simple but great composition. The little hearts in the background suit her too; they're too cute ;D So the fact that you went crazy with them.. that only adds a bit more flair to the background! <3

Her outfit design was captured really well.. you did a great job of portraying her design! And still, she looks very original in your style, as well as very pretty! I love how the colors are both dark and bright-- the contrast of her outfit against elements like her hair is perfect. And for some reason, I really like the flower in her hair as well XD The gradients are very well done; I think it's great for your first attempt at digital! Yoy should definitely do more of it-- I'm sure you'll only get better and better!
